First-Aid:

Immune System Support:
"Flu" Bomb: add to capsule (1 drop each+carrier oil) or in a roller bottle (general measurement is 1 drop per 1T carrier oil): Oregano, Lemon, Melaleuca (tea tree), OnGuard, Frankincense Sinus/Lung Support: add to a mug of hot water 2 drops each: Oregano, Lemon, Melaleuca (tea tree), Peppermint and breathe in the steam. Cover cup with a small plate when taking a break from it in order to keep the steam/heat longer. |
For deep cuts:
I'm not a wound care expert but recently my child had a deep cut on his finger that really could've used stitches.....except that I didn't see it until it was apparently too late (like 2 days later instead 4-8 hours). I was told it needed to heal on its own. My child needed some pain relief (which I guess wasn't as bad the first 2 days!) and begged for faster healing. This is what my research came up with: In a glass jar, combine:
This worked really well for both the pain and the speed of healing. Applied at night and by the next night it was feeling better (other than the dressing sticking to the concoction just a bit). And then the following day, he remarked how well that worked. Hooray!! (Note: This recipe was originally shown as a Homemade Burn Salve by Dr. Josh Axe with only the 20 drops of lavender (no tea tree) plus 2 Tbsp of EVOO). |
Well-Care:
Coconut Oil Pulling Melts: 1/3 cup melted organic virgin coconut oil 1/4-1 tsp ground turmeric Essential oils* --and silicon mold for chocolates.....or coconut oil melts! (You can also try an ice cube try or mini-muffin tray). Melt the oil, stir with turmeric, add essential oils, pour mixture into trays (roughly 1 tsp to 1 tablespoon). *Some EO combinations - suggested amounts below, play with it: peppermint (15 drops), ginger (8), & cinnamon (7) peppermint (20) & clove (7) spearmint (15). basil (7). lime (7) myrrh (15-30) Store in cool spot (or in fridge) so that the coconut oil doesn't melt. Chew in mouth and swish for 5-20 minutes. Spit into garbage (not in sink or toilet). Rinse with warm water, brush & floss as normal. |
Skin-Care: Frankincense, Sandalwood, Lavender, Yarrow/POM
DIY Foaming Hand Soap: with OnGuard or any other antibacterial essential oils. 2 Tbsp unscented castile soap + 2 tsp fractionated coconut oil (for moisturizing) + 10-15 drops of OnGuard (or other) essential oils + water to fill. Mix first 3 ingredients directly into foaming hand soap pump bottle, fill remaining space with water, shake to stir. Voila! Check out my video for this. |
Rose Bath Salt (8oz):
1/2 cup Epsom salt, 1/2 cup Rose salt, 5-6 drops essential oils* *Some EO combinations - 3 drops basil + 3 geranium = heart & hope 3 eucalyptus + 3 peppermint = clears sinuses 3 lavender + 3 bergamot = relaxation 3 peppermint + 3 orange = stress busting 3 lemon + 3 rosemary = clear your mind |
