I believe your emotions are the language of your soul—and when you learn to listen, you stop getting in your own way. I get it. For much of my life, I believed my easygoing, happy-go-lucky nature was a gift to my relationships. I thought I was creating space for others to be happy— keeping things light, peaceful, and conflict-free.

What I didn’t notice was how much of my voice and power I was quietly giving away.
I became skilled at sensing what others needed, accommodating, smoothing tension, and making things work.
​
But somewhere along the way, my own inner signals grew quieter. Until, a restless feeling began to surface.
​
That restlessness became the doorway that taught me how to listen differently— to my emotions, my body, and my inner compass.
​
This work changed my life. Now I help other women hear those signals within themselves and follow the guidance they carry—and live the life they were born to love.

Kundalini Yoga+Meditation Classes as a Practice to release Stuck Emotions/Energy, improve Self-Awareness, move & clear Mental Fog/Blocks, elevate Discernment, increase Self-Trust, and create the energetic landscape/soil for ease in Decision-Making. These are group classes. KYM Coaching is available on a case-by-case basis. Ask me!
