This session is rooted in Emotional Wayfinding™ — a practice that treats emotions not as obstacles to overcome, but as signals guiding you toward clarity, integrity, and your next step forward.
Many women who come to this session are used to keeping the peace in their relationships—smoothing tension, accommodating others, and sometimes losing touch with their own inner signals along the way.

What This Might Look Like:
Let’s say you come in feeling a quiet tension in one of your relationships. Nothing dramatic has necessarily happened— but something inside you feels unsettled. You’ve been trying to stay understanding, accommodating, and “not make it a big deal.” But the feeling keeps returning.
Through breathwork and guided inquiry, we begin listening to the emotion signaling you. Often the real issue isn’t the relationship itself— it’s the part of you that hasn’t been given space to speak honestly. By the end of our session, you'll have clarity about what your inner signals are asking for— and one grounded step you can take that honors both truth and connection.
