    Waiver of Liability:  As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury or aggravating an existing injury, even serious or disabling, during yoga is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. This waiver acknowledges that you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and understand that yoga & meditation is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis and treatment. If you have a doubt as to whether yoga would be recommended if you have a particular injury or condition, please consult your health care professional. 
    The instruction and advice presented in my sessions, and/or in any class you may attend that is taught by Essential Soul Mama and its representatives is not meant to be used in lieu of professional medical or psychological care for the treatment of any condition.
    There are certain limitations to the practice of yoga during pregnancy and menstruation. Please exercise personal responsibility and ask questions until you understand the answers.

    By agreement to this waiver, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Essential Soul Mama, Anna SachKiret Gratzl, and any instructors employed or subcontracted by Essential Soul Mama for injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in the program.  You, your heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
