once you are open to receiving it and willing to learn to understand it.
Just as our five senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch inform us and teach us about ourselves and how to take care of us, our emotions work in the same way yet deeper and with our True Self in mind. No Ego trick serving the demands of external influences. A solid connection with the Truth of Who You Are-- where decisions become easier, obstacles removed, flow happens even through challenges, and life feels free.
Most of us never learned to understand how our emotions communicate with us....or to realize that's what they've been trying to do. Most of us feel like servants to our emotions rather than the sovereign Queen that we are, as they dutifully serve us like steadfast and wise Advisors.
Emotions serve us, not the other way around. The manual is inside you. Learn how to access it so it can help you navigate you through your best life.
How do I get started?
1. Work with me as your guide through life coaching.
As YOUR guide, we start from where you are and help you become aware of the language of your inner voice, your emotions, your Truth. I call my coaching "life-yoga" coaching because yoga is about divine connection. Some people ask if yoga (asana) is part of life coaching. Mindful movement is an important part of getting unstuck so think of it as such: mindful, movement. The "yoga" depends on you. Overall, life-yoga coaching incorporates open discussion, healing tools, and ongoing guidance to keep you on track to feeling the freedom of understanding your emotions. We will create your Owner's Manual as we go.
2. Join my kundalini yoga+meditation classes at HealedLovedFed.
In my classes, I bring you powerful intentions as we move through the practice. If you're looking for a movement and meditation practice that offers you that inner connection and deep awareness necessary to gain clarity and peace in your life, this is a great way to begin building the muscle. This will seamlessly bring you into the mindset to experience emotional freedom.
3. (Part of 2 above) Attend my Emotions Group Coaching calls monthly at HealedLovedFed.
As part of the membership with HealedLovedFed, you would have automatic access to my monthly (First Fridays) Emotions Group Coaching calls. Each month we connect with an emotion through my teachings, meditation, and open discussion. Sharing in a safely-held group setting is powerful to gain perspectives of others beyond direct teachings. Along with the meditation, this session offers you a chance to experience the emotion in a safe space.
(Plus you'd have the full access of membership that extends beyond the group calls).
