Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness.
> It's designed for those of us who live active lives filled with schedules, relationships, conflicts, unknowns, doubts & dreams, and a desire to live more purposefully, joyfully, aligned and present.
> It's a practice that allows you to know yourself better and FLOW THROUGH CHANGE with more ease. It gives you the tools you need to do that.

bolster/pillow/blanket for more comfortable seated postures (as needed)

Kundalini Yoga has changed the quality of my life. I am healthier, livelier and happier. The voices in my head are friendly, affirmative and up beat. Anna has been a gracious Practice guide. Her teaching is calm, competent and engaging; a conduit thru which I've become hooked on Yoga!

On rare occasion, weekly livestream classes (not the monthly beginners class) may be replaced with a full class video or canceled for certain holidays. Canceled classes are usually not shown on the schedule.
