Can’t start on the 14th? You can start when you’re ready.
Bingo Callouts are done daily Sunday thru Thursday.
Follow these steps to get started right--
Step 1: Look for your unique bingo card in your email.
Please allow 24 hours to receive it.
If you do not see it, please check your spam or other email files.

Step 2: Prepare for HER - the part of you that wants attention - and her entry into a Bingo personal journey
a. Start by noticing how you feel about the way you show up for your highest Self— as a guidance, you can consider how you show up in:

R = Response-ability in Relationships - How you connect, communicate, give, receive, show up for others… Is there a relationship that needs nurturing or healing? (This could even be your relationship with HER— your highest Self).

E =Expression - Your voice, truth, creativity, visibility, boundaries, authentic self-expression… Is there part of you that wants to be heard/seen in a more real way?

H = Habits & Lifestyle - Daily routines, self-care, energy, well-being, ways you support yourself…. Is there some part of your daily rhythm or lack of rhythm that can use attention?

b. Pick a Journal & Pen and a Space to Show Up.
The space you show up in can vary but also it could be helpful to train your body-mind-energy to expect to show up at a specified time & place. Just showing up with your same journal & pen could be the common thread too. Or, you do what you can— and that will be enough!
c. Yoga mat & pillow/cushion when needed.
On movement days, especially. You will want a mat and cushion— or suitable substitute.
d. Plan for 10-15 minutes daily.
Some days will be less time, some you might choose more. My goal is to keep it do-able within 15 minutes daily. Showing up for YOU is fun AND worth it!!

Step 4: Join the Community
I will make all my Bingo “calls” through our Private WhatsApp group. You will also be able to ask questions, share experiences, and give/receive support in this space.
Step 5: Know the Weekly Rhythm
Sunday - Breath practice
Monday - Noticing
Tuesday - Micro-Action
Wednesday - Movement
Thursday - Journal Prompt
Friday/Saturday - for completion and community
Step 6: Remember This
The part of you that wants attention is worthy and powerful.
The great news is— she’s already within you, not someone you need to create new.
This practice is about SHOWING UP, NOTICING, and HONORING through presence, action, and reflection.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal IS showing up.
The goal IS re-entry if you miss a day.
And remember— support is how we move through life. If you need help:

Frequently asked questions
What if I join late?
No problem! You'll receive a card that does not include already-called squares, so you'll still have plenty of opportunities to play and earn Bingo. While it's ideal to begin on a Sunday, you can join at any point and jump in where we are.
Do I need previous experience?
Not at all. No previous experience with meditation, movement, journaling, or personal development is required. Just bring your curiosity and willingness to show up.
What if I miss a practice?
That's okay. This experience is built around progress, not perfection.
The practices are designed to support one another, but you always maintain your agency. Miss a day? Re-enter. Need to adjust something? Adjust it. Part of Showing Up Big is learning to support yourself rather than abandoning yourself when things aren't perfect.
Are the live sessions required?
No. All live sessions will be recorded and available for replay, so you can participate on your own schedule.
How long do the practices take?
Most participants can expect to spend about 10–15 minutes a day.
The meditation and movement practices are just 3 minutes each and are repeated over several days to help you experience their impact.
Noticings, micro-actions, and journal prompts are designed to fit naturally into real life rather than become another item on your to-do list.
Can I participate even if I'm busy?
Yes. This experience was intentionally designed for real life.
The practices are simple, approachable, and flexible. You do not need perfect attendance or long stretches of free time to benefit.
And if you need support along the way, you'll find encouragement, connection, and accountability inside our private community.
Do I need to choose a HER focus?
No. The focus on HER is a guidance and container to start noticing how you show up (for HER— your truest Self). Through the practice, you begin to connect with and honor HER more and more as you consider your:

The key is to notice what is calling for your attention and allow yourself to stay with that calling long enough to shift from unconscious to conscious behaviors that can begin to heal old fears and step you forward into your most alive and honest Self.
