Friday Feelings:
Empowerment Circle
For the one who keeps the peace… and is ready to include herself.
What this is:
A monthly, guided circle for the one who has habitually kept the peace…even when it cost her her voice.
This is a space to gently turn toward yourself—your needs, your truth, your feelings—without pressure, performance, or perfection.
What we do:
Each circle, we explore the emotional commotions and patterns that show up in your life and keep you prioritizing away from yourself, accommodating others’ needs & dreams, over-conceding, and holding back.
Through guided reflection, somatic practice, and real conversation, you’ll begin to:
-
reconnect with what you actually feel
-
express yourself safely without guilt or over-explaining
-
stay grounded—even when there’s tension
-
build your depth of agency and personal power
-
remember who you are
It’s not about become someone new.
It’s about living more in alignment and honoring the Truth of who you are…within your own timing.
❤️ Your needs are not the problem, and your voice does not create disconnection… 🔥 it creates Truth.
This is where Emotional Wayfinding™ becomes embodied—not just understood.
