Yoga and Emotional Freedom.

The practice of Kundalini Yoga* changed my life. I've seen it bring peace and joy and liberation to many around me as well. When I fell into this practice, it was a bit of luck and circumstance.

I believe the Universe was looking out for me-- finally sending me a lifeline when I was drowning. I became a teacher and acquired a spiritual name and, with the guidance and support of a strong and grounded studio (--beyond thanks to Savitree and Jodh at Urban Yoga Chicago!!), it's been rapid positive change for which I've been immensely grateful.

The training in Emotional Liberation and the Senses of the Soul (SOS)® method by GuruMeher Khalsa was the second lifeline. Those "last" (--yeah, right) but steadfast blocks created by childhood trauma and experiences needed to go. And this unique training showed me how-- it's like an owner's manual for this body-vehicle we're living in.

Don't you wish you had one?? YOU DO; you just need to learn how to use it. This is a life practice but its impact is immediate and continues layer by layer, clearing whatever soot buries the truth and joy deep inside.

Neuro-Transformative Life Coaching.

Through the process of certification in neuro-transformative coaching with Elite Coaching/Coach Sean Smith, I've experienced first-hand how simple techniques to unlock our brain's hold on negative thought patterns can be released and literally change our minds.

The shift is radical and embodied. Together with the deep work of emotional liberation, the framework and tools provide a personalized container in which to delve deep and see one's life from different angles. A 360 degree perspective.

This work has helped me bring powerful & practical solutions to people in their everyday matters as well as long-standing issues. And the shifts I've experienced personally affirms for me the immense value a good coach can bring to one's life.

Something I might have figured out on my own in many years instead takes a fraction of the time. When you hear experts say "you need a coach", they aren't kidding. If you want to get really good at something, an aligned coach is invaluable.

Essential Oils.

What led me to essential oils was my quest to find natural healing options for me and my family. Besides eating better, partnering with a holistic doctor I trust, and learning about & practicing other WELL-care modalities, like yoga & meditation, I found that doTerra essential oils empowered me by giving me an easy alternative to the medicine cabinet items I grew up with (pharmaceuticals).

I never liked taking prescribed or OTC drugs and worried about the side effects so I often ended up not taking or doing anything-- paralysis! --and that worried me too. Not only were these oils effective, they smelled incredible and I felt good about using them!

Now I bring joy & health to my life and my family with the help of high quality doTerra essential oils (EOs) as one way to bring elevating vibratory frequencies into our bodies. And I am all about elevating! Speaking of elevating, the oils are useful in my yoga and meditation practice as well.
